Although first published 15 years ago, and long out of print, this publication has been near the top of many researchers want lists. I had a chance to purchase one of the last copies (directly from Princeton University Press) in the early 1990s for about $200 and passed on the opportunity — a decision I ent on to regret a number of times. Anyway, in 2003, it was finally reprinted by The Blackburn Press.
